Quality Control & Analysis

At Evereggs, strict analytical control is an essential part of our production and supply chain. Egg ingredients used in industrial food manufacturing must meet precise microbiological and quality standards, and every batch is monitored accordingly.

Throughout processing, samples are regularly analyzed to verify key microbiological parameters, including Salmonella, Enterobacteriaceae, total bacterial count, lactobacilli and other relevant microorganisms. These controls ensure that all products comply with European food safety regulations and industry requirements.

Evereggs continuously invests in its internal laboratory systems, operating several laboratories dedicated to the monitoring of product safety, quality and functionality. These laboratories perform routine microbiological and analytical testing across the production chain to guarantee consistent results.

In addition to internal laboratory work, Evereggs collaborates with specialized external laboratories when advanced or highly specific analyses are required. This combination of internal expertise and independent laboratory verification allows us to maintain a high level of analytical accuracy and transparency.

Further analytical checks are performed on parameters such as dry matter content, functional characteristics and product stability, ensuring that each batch performs reliably in industrial food applications.

All analytical controls are carried out within certified laboratory environments and follow strict European food safety regulations and internationally recognized quality standards.

Through continuous monitoring and laboratory verification, Evereggs ensures that every product delivered to our customers meets the highest standards of safety, traceability and consistent quality.
